It is important to decide whether you are wanting olives for the production of olive oil or table fruit. All olives contain oil, the main difference between cultivars is the size, shape, oil content and flavour. We have a variety of cultivars available. The table varieties, all of which are dual purpose, are globally recognized for their flavour and texture. The oil only varieties have been chosen because of their abundance of fruit and the high level of oil they contain. All cultivars are authentic varieties taken from already established trees and propagated onto hardy rootstock.
